Hello there! I’m Suzy, born in 1965 and a living testament to what grit and gumption can do. While I hold higher education certificates in Theology, Philosophy, Business Administration, Management, Banking, Risk Management, and Governance, you won't find any fancy university degrees here—just a relentless drive for personal growth for the past 35 years and dedication with a spirit of self-education, and a knack for making the necessary smart choices guided by my strong intuition and deep spirituality. And guess what? It worked. By 32, I was already managing teams, and by 57, they were calling me the Managing Director. Not bad for someone who was not born with a silver spoon, had to overcome lots of personal and professional obstacles and challenges but got right through them, whilst maintaining my personal life as the highest priority in my life.
Married since 1990 (to the same lucky guy!), mother since 1992, and grandmother since 2024. I've tried to balance it all—career, family, and the occasional existential crisis. My daughter once told me, "Mom, you try to do everything but end up doing nothing." Well, now she's a mother herself, and all I have to say is, "Welcome to the club, darling!"
My journey has been as much about nurturing my spirit as it has been about navigating boardrooms, as much as juggling to be a perfect mother and wife and being ambitious to move up the ladder. Trying to balance my masculine energy at work with being the feminine caring goddess at home. Thankfully much has changed now and woman are “allowed” to show their feminine energy at work and not considered weak as it used to be in the 90’s. I'm more spiritual than religious and my higher education degree in Theology and Philosophy has helped me to dig deeper into life's big questions and help others do the same.
In 2022, a series of synchronistic events sparked an intense interest in the soul, leading me to become a certified Soul Coach under Denise Linn in 2023, mentored by the incredible Kyla Tustin from which I have also an Empowered Potential Coach certificate. Now, with my feet firmly planted in the corporate world and my head exploring the ethereal, I am ready to guide others through the maze of modern life with my fully packed experience and wisdom obtained thru the years.
Here's the truth: our society is obsessed with the external, so much so that we've lost sight of what stirs beneath—our soul. It’s the soul that connects us to a higher purpose and our true potential. We're living on autopilot, more artificial at times than AI—and we’re scared it might take over the world? Honey, it's already running the show if you don’t wake up and smell the spiritual coffee.
So, as I step into my second act—before my own timeline runs out—I’m here to help steer this ship back to its soulful roots. Starting first with inspiring individuals like you to reconnect with their inner essence (the soul know the truth) or at a later stage in my 2nd act through rejuvenating organizations that have lost their way, I’m here to make it happen.
